Joe has been a Teamster member for 22 years. He was employed at South Whitehall Township since 1983, where he was an assistant shop steward for 4 years and chief steward for 5 years. He and his wife Donna have been married for 25 years and have two children. They reside in Lower Macungie Township.
Joe's experience includes:
* Trustee of Local 773 since 1998
* Volunteer for Lehigh Valley Building Trades Protest and PNTR Rally in D.C.
* Attended Meeting on Drug and Alcohol Tests Implementation for Municipalities
* Community Service Volunteer: Meals on Wheels, Postal Worker Food Drive, March of Dimes Walk America, and Second Harvest Food Bank
* Attended Seminars on Contract Negotiations and Steward Workshops
* Appointed as a temporary Business Agent for Local 773 during 2001
